Payment & Shipping

UK Customers
If you order 1 or 2 items (up to a certain weight limit), you can choose between a Royal Mail (£3.90 2nd Class Signed For), or a faster £8.00 Next Day Delivery. Both services are trackable. If you order 3 or more items, due to parcel weight the only option available is the faster service. Masks are also sent tracked, via large letter post.
You can also choose to collect your order in person from Jubilee Market, London. If you choose this option, please email us to arrange collection.
 

International Customers
Orders overseas are sent via International Signed For. All of these will require a signature. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has dispatched. Please note, orders placed using a PO Box address can not be delivered by a signature service.

Pre-Orders

If you have pre-ordered a garment, you can find the expected date of dispatch on the product page. If you buy an item currently in stock with a pre-ordered item, both items will be sent when the pre-ordered item is ready. This is because the shopping basket combines the shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you are unsure of your size please email us with your measurements before placing an order! Exchanging can become expensive with repeat postage costs.  If you buy something and you would prefer a different size, please contact us first to check availability. Return the original item via a signed for service and we will then send you another. When exchanging please pay post online to cover the return postage cost. Please note, there are no refunds on sale items. If there is a size issue we will do our best to swap for another size if it is available in the sale, but not for another design.  For sizing information you can have a look on our FIND YOUR SIZE page.

Discount

The checkout automatically combines shipping costs if you buy more than one item.

Terms and Conditions

You have the right to cancel within 7 days of your purchase. If you wish to cancel your money will be refunded. Please email us and we will contact you with the returns address.
